How are credits calculated?
Most image generation and editing tasks cost 20–30 credits per run. A few features charge differently:
- The AI Image Upscaler only uses 10 credits.
- The AI Image Enhancer deducts credits based on final output pixel count — higher resolution means more credits.
- Lightweight edits like background removal cost just 1 credit.
How do you protect my uploaded images?
All uploads are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest. We never use your private images to train models, and unsaved images are automatically purged from our servers after 1 hour.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. We prorate any mid-cycle upgrades so you only pay the difference.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds may be requested if usage is minimal. Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
Which payment methods do you accept?

How long does processing take?
Most standard generation and editing tasks finish in 10–20 seconds.
- The AI Image Enhancer typically takes 30–40 seconds depending on output resolution.
- Times may vary slightly during peak hours.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Yes. Boost Packs are available as one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. They are added on top of your monthly allowance and expire at the same time as your plan credits.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime. Simply sign in to your account and cancel from your profile settings. You can access sign-in from the editor or the footer link. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, then reverts to the free tier.
What image formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, and WEBP. For best results, use images with clear subjects and minimal blur.
